Development of international migration and foreigners in the Czech Republic at the beginning of the 21st century : regional and demographic aspects

Abstract

The article describes types of migration of foreigners in the Czech Republic from several perspectives: number of migrants, nationality distribution, and their residential region preferences. Following these characteristics the number of foreigners and their nationality distribution are analyzed by their residency status, age, sex, and their regional distribution in the Czech Republic.
