Abstract
During study of endophytic fungi of elm (Ulmus laevis) at Libický luh Nature Reserve we found out over 60 fungal species, mainly members of Diaporthales, Xylariales and Pleosporales. The most frequent fungi appear to be pycnidial fungi, Phomopsis spp., sterile mycelia and Xylaria spp.
