Gender segregation of teaching staff and its impacts on the symbolic perception of relationships between men and women

Abstract

The article analyzes ways, in which gender segregation among teaching staff and faculty on the symbolical level reproduces gender stereotypes and hierarchical views of reality and relationships between men and women.
