Jurisdictional Immunity of States and Brussels I Regulation - Recent Development in the Czech Republic

Abstract

Decision of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic changes the principle of absolute immunity of States under the Act Concerning Private International Law and Rules of Procedure Relating Thereto to the principle of functional immunity.
