Reintroduction of the European Ground Squirrel (Spermophillus citellus) in Central Europe - a review
Abstract
This review describes twelve attempts to conserve the threatened European ground squirrel in Central Europe (Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia) by reintroduction during the period 1993 to 2008.
