Determination of 1-Nitropyrene, 1-Hydroxypyrene and 1-Aminopyrene in Human Urine by HPLC with Electrochemical Detection Based on Boron Doped Diamond Film Electrode

Abstract

New method for determination of 1-nitropyrene, 1-hydroxypyrene and 1-aminopyrene by HPLC with amperometric detection in human urine. The electrochemical detection was based on boron doped diamond film electrode.
