Abstract
This paper presents evaluation of a survey connected to presentation of poster. The aim of the survey was to identify experience and attitudes of doctors-psychiatrists towards new law regulation - the so-called medical documents inspection, which came into force in 2007.
Anti-psychiatry intellectual milieu of the 60´s is described in the first part. The second part is focused on content analysis of empirical data as well as discussion of adopted methods.
In conclusion possible benefits and difficulties in applying this new legal instrument are discussed with regard to doctor-patient relationship.
