Abstract
Objective ias to aqnalyse the present discussion ion the various organizational arrangements of hospital care. Methodological approach is derived from discourse analysis and policy analysis.
The conclusions point to the significance of reflecting oon the various types of discourse concenrning the organization of hospital care, which take place in political processes and in independešnt research reflections, and which specify the nature of the risks of using private-law c orporations in hospital care.
