Abstract

The author deals with the relation of freedom and legal regulation. Contemporary relationship of freedom and legal regulations reflect the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by constitutional and international law.

Calling for deregulation, as represented by the representatives of neo-liberalism and economic analysis of law is considered impractical. It is assumed that the relationship of freedom and the legal regulation will be sustained in contemporary democracies.
