The bacterial complex Burkholderia cepacia are serious pathogens in cystic fibrosis

Abstract

The Prague CF Center has approximately 30% of its patients colonized with B.cepacia in its registry. Genomovar III infection is dominant, which is diagnosed in up to 90% of Bcc-infected CF patients.
