Generation of dendritic cells for potential use in immunotherapy of acute lymfoblastic leukemia

Abstract

The use of dendritic cells after pulsation with cancer antigen ex vivo appears to be promising in cancer immunotherapy. This study deals with conditions for generation of dendritic cells, their morfology, phenotype.
