Frequency of antiglycoprotein antibodies established by the MAIPA method in children with immune thrombocytopenia

Abstract

The work presents the results of the examination of antiplatelet antibodies, identified by the MAIPA method, in 97 children with ITP and 34 children in the remission of the disease. We compared these results with those of a cohort of 33 adult patients, also suffering from chronic ITP, who were investigated at the same time.
