Abstract
The final conference of doctoral project GAČR 303/03/H065 was focused to interdisciplinary approach from gene to patient and to apply the most modern techniques of molecular biology and biochemistry, highly sensitive morphological methods and novel perspective cellular models for specific types of inborn errors of metabolism.
