Abstract
There are presented diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of woundeds with intraabdominal injuries. Hemodynamic stability of wounded is basic approach for the determination of diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms.
There are analysed all recommendable examinations (ultrasound, CT scan, diagnostic peritoneal lavage, diagnostic laparoscopy). Further are presented indications for urgent laparotomy in both types of injuries.
