Early tissue distribution of bone marrow mononuclear cells after transcoronary transplantation in a patient with acute myocardial infarction

Abstrakt

This case describe tistribution of bone marrow-derived stem cells after intracoronary injection in patient with acute myocardial injection. The majority of cells went to spleen and liver.

Myocardial uptake was around 1% at 20 hours after intracoronary transplantation
