Abstract
645/5000 The authors present an overview of the current state of diagnosis and treatment of the symptom set "hyperactive bladder". The work was based on discussions and consultations of leading experts in the management of the Urogynekological Society of the Czech Republic.
In accordance with international recommendations, diagnostics is divided into initial and specialized. In the treatment of this apparently currently the most common micturition disorder prevails pharmacotherapy, which the authors comment in detail.
There are mentioned less used non-pharmacological methods such as biofeedback, electrostimulation, laser and others. Some of the leading urologist experts commented on the material, whose comments were gratefully accepted
