The sex differencies in the perception of pain

Abstract

Between men and women are many somatic, physiologic and psychologic differencies. The are also the differencies in the perception of pain between both sex.

The women have the lower treshold of pain they have worse reaction to opioids and they have the higher morbidity to several typical deceases. During the treatment of pain it is necessary to respect all these aspects
