Abstract

According to recent observations of hyaluronate is not only a "passive observer", but are actively involved in immunological processes such as signaling molecule and affects mobility and adhesiveness of cells in their proliferation and differentiation. These immunomodulatory properties it is already used for healing and epithelization of wounds and inflammation of the skin, in the oral cavity and a new form of vaginal suppositories in Cicatridina also the vaginal mucosa and cervical epithelium.
