Abstract
We report about preconceptional and periconceptional care and pregnancy at a woman with JIA. There is necessity to make optimal medical situation before pregnancy (with the aim of long-term remission).
This is a common field for activities of physician, gynaecologist and clinical geneticist. The diagnosis was established according to ILAR criteria.
