Abstract
The proposal of the Czech anatomical nomenclature according to the last revision of the internationally accepted and valid Latin anatomical nomenclature (Terminologia Anatomica 1998) takes up the previous older works (Weiss et al., Linc and Fleischmann, Zrzavý), stems from the Czech language base and is completed with some other terms, not listed in the TA. It serves as a necessary tool for translators, interpreters, scientists, physiacians and medical students
