Abstract
The article deals with the differences in response to a drug based on the pharmacogenetic causes. interindividual differences in response to medication is a major clinical problem, which is not only sexual dimorphism, but the issue is much broader and clinically significant. Polymorphisms at the level of absorption, elimination, distribution, metabolism or level of target structures responsible for the pharmacological response and there are often behind the failure of treatment or the side effects of medications.
