Abstract
Coronary heart disease is one of the most commonly occurring diseases in developed countries including the Czech Republic. The most common cause of serious morbidity and mortality in adults.
In the CR, more than half of all adult hospitalizations in internal departments subject to cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular disease is our topcause of death.
