Abstract
This article is focused on identification of incidence of complication in gynecologic endoscopy. Described surgical technic is presented by laparoskopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH), what have been include in spectrum among gynecologic operations in year 1988.
Except presented complications, we are thinking about possibilities of their prevention. We come out original work, which was group of 487 patients, which were operated by method LAVH in Ústav pro péči o matku a dítě in Prague Podolí during 2005-2008.
We compare this data with data in Národní registr komplikací v gynekologické laparoskopii. LAVH belongs to modern and useful therapy, of grand group of gynecological pathology.
With respect of necessary proceedings is incidence of severe complications according to our results just 6.8 %. It means that LAVH is save method, what respect entirely principles of minimal invasive surgery
