Abstract
Psoriasis therapy in the 21st century is a challenge for every dermatologist. Patients today are much more aware of their skin problems and require from us the most effective therapy.
Very often we listen and read about biologic or so called "modern" therapy, but we should not forget about calssic systemic therapy including photoherapy that is and will certainly continue to be very necessary
