Abstract
Recently, in the care of patients prefer the practical aspects of evaluating the severity of pneumonia in relation to the overall condition of the patient and their risk factors. These aspects together with the type of "probable" agents then determine the method of treatment that may be empirical or targeted, outpatient or in hospital or in intensive care.
Thus defined pneumonia light, moderate and severe. The article presents best practices of diagnosis and treatment.
