Abstract
Capillary electrophoresis with (DAD) was used for the determination of uric acid and allantoin. CE separation was successfully performed in CHES/NaOH and MES/NaOH solutions.
The developed method is characterized by a separation time shorter than 1 min. and limit of detection 0.8 mg L-1. The method was applied to the determination of uric acid in human serum and urine.
