Abstract
Hand injuries are the most common injury, often, however, these states neglected and inadequate treatment then usually leads to other necessary operating performance, often with an uncertain outcome. Any, even the slightest injury significantly affects both the private and working life of the patient, especially if there is permanent damage to the hand function.
The concept of the book allows doctors to easily obtain information on how to preserve not only in outpatient treatment in the first line, but also in treatment in highly specialized centers. This helps the rich visual documentation with the barest description.
In the chapter on replantation surgery for micro surgeons in these centers were comprehensively summarized the current options for reconstruction of vascular verified by our experience. In Czech literature in this form have not yet been published
