Abstract
The opinion regarding a correct provision of medical services deffers in particular historical epoches. What has been considered "lege artis" 100 years ago, does not satisfy the criteria of modern guidelines.
A correct understanding of optimal medical performance is also different in everyday practice of the treating physician from the requirements of a beaurocrat registering the point output and it deffers again from the requirements in the insurance responsible for the financial coverage. Also the privat character of medical care seduces the physician to an incorrect performance being transformed into an enterpreneur awakes other interests than the recovery of the patient.
