Abstract
In her text, Zuzana Svobodová brings together substantial reflections that have emerged in the philosophical discourse on the topic of time. The developments and contributions of those reflections are presented as well as the link to understanding human existence, to the search for human destiny, origin and meaning, to the relationship of a human to himself/herself, to other humans and to the world as a whole.
