Abstract
The technical solution is concerning to the composition of defined nutrition for elderly to application gastric tube, which is a sterilized liquid food for special medical purposes, mainly for tube-feeding, prepared from modified milk base by ultrafiltration with the addition of whey protein concentrate and sodium caseinate, with high contant of proteins, including whey, and low lactose content up to a maximum 1% of weight.
