Abstract
Different types of penile augmentation and preputial operations including complications were described. Penile augmentation remains highly controversial.
Augmentation surgery is rather experimental and non standardized. Indications and assessment of results are defined poorly, complications rate is high.
Phsychologic, psychiatric and sexuologic treatment help to most men suffering dysmorphophobic feelinf of small penis and depression.
