This research has two parts.In the first part authors map the range of professional positions in the field of social services,analyze activities and professional expectations ascribed to these positions and suggest a new classification and categorization which should become a basis for a common job description in social service field.In the second part the analysis of the educational forms,govermental as well as private,which contribute to possible qualification in social proffession, is realised.New possibilities in further education are described and listed and a system of further education built into the structure of state administration is suggested and designed.
