Polymerization of (Fluorophenyl)acetylenes with transition metal catalysts. Microstructure and stability of poly[(flurophenyl)acetylene]s

Abstract

All three ring positional isomers of fluorophenylacetylene were successfully polymerized with metathesis and insertion catalysts. Influence of F-ring position and type of catalyst on polymer microstructure and stability was studied
