Changes in calcium homeostasis and cytoskeleton organization in blood elements of patients with Alzheimer's disease.

Abstrakt

Alzheimerś disease might be associated with generalized systemic defect in calcium homeostasis. Our results document disturbance in cytosolic calcium level and organization of cytoskeletal proteins in peripheral blood cells of patients.
