Abstract
Exposure of T. vaginalis to CsA for 24 and 48 hrs showed that CsA is toxic to the parasite at the minimal lethal concentration (MLC) of 60 ĺM. Interestingly, another CsA-derivative, the SDZ PSC833, which does not bind to the human cytosolic Cyp.
