Abstract
The author of an amendment to the provisions of § 203 of the Penal Code No. 140/1961 Coll. Which has changed to 1.1.2010.
Analyzing the revised provision in § 303 newly formulated offense of cruelty to animals and the provisions of § 303 creates a new crime of neglect of animal negligence.
