Examination of proteosynthesis and mRNA stability in yeast strains with impaired 5'-cap synthesis

Abstrakt

Polysome content was analyzed in yeast strains impaired in cap synthesis. Analysis revealed 21 candidate genes which could be translated cap-independently.
