Abstract
This article deals with structure-activity correlation based on molecular modelling and molecular dynamic calculations of MAG eith dimeric Tn antigen Ac-Ser(D-GalNAc-a)-Ser(D-GalNAc-a)-OH bound to TentaGel S NH2 resin.
