Abstract
Detergents extracts were characterized by means of SDS-PAGE, proteins of PS2 reacion center being identified by immumoblotting and by means of oxygen evolving activity in the presence of various electron and proton acceptors. S-glycosides appear to be sutable detergents for PS2 extraction.
