Abstract
Connection of amino acid uptake with ammonia-mediated signalling between yeast colonies growing on solid media was studied by analysis of various mutant strains.Also we applied a new approach enabling the wide screening of S.cerevisiae genes which expresion is changed during colony morphogenesis.
