Abstrakt
We isolated two mutants of S. cerevisiae with defect in ammonia signalling system between colonies.Morphologies of mutants are altered. Both mutant are recessive, each affecting a single gene of genomic DNA.
Both genes are not identical and are not genetcally linked.
