Decategorization of Impairment as the Main Idea of New Special Education Programmes on The Way towards Aesthetization of Special Education

Abstract

Special educational theories accompanying work don´t focus any more on individual pathology and impairment type but – in the interest of a modern society attempting to achieve social inclusion – on the promotion of individual needs of minorities and people with impairment. Social heterogenity has been becoming a prefered social form.

Diversity of individuals is seen as a contribution to social space in which all people can exercise the right to an autonomous life and a full-value participation in all areas of social life.
