Abstrakt

A report of the LLP-Comenius 2AgePro Project Consortium about a current situation in 5 EU countries how teachers have been supported in their professions at national level and which methods and practices have been used to support teachers professional development and to motive both senior teachers (experienced teachers) and novice teachers to remain in the teaching profession.
