Abstract

Comparing influence of the two specific inhibitors quercitrin and flufenamic acid on the reducing activity of CR and AKR1C2 we concluded that CR/AKR1C2 activity ratio was about 3:1 (at pH 6-optimal) and 5:1 (at pH 7.4). CR is the major daunorubicin reductase
