HPLC method for analyses of flubendazole and its metabolites in various biological samples

Abstract

HPLC method was developed and successfully used for the analysis of a large scale of different samples. Both diode-array and fluorescence detectors were used.

Advantages of the diode-array detector and the fluorescence detector used in tandem are demonstrated.
