Abstract
An HPLC method for determination of flubendazole, hydrolyzed flubendazole and reduced flubendazole in biological material has been developed and validated. Zhe method has been successfully applied to determine the analytes in subcellular fractions.
The advantage of the proposed method is a very sensitive fluorimetric detection of reduced flubendazole.
