Potential antituberculotics derived from substituted pyrazines

Abstract

Novel pyrazine derivatives connected via -CONH- bridge with substituted anilines were synthesized. All products were characterized and tested against Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv and against eight fungal pathogen strains
