Effect of Vanadyl(IV) Sulfate (VOSO4) on the Production of Flavonoid by Culture Ononis arvensis L. in vitro

Abstract

The study tested the effect of VOSO4 on the production of flavonoids in callus and suspension culture in O. arvensis. The maximal increase in flavonoid was in callus culture after 24-h elicitation with VOSO4 (20 mg/l), in suspension after 48 h (0.2 mg/L)
