Abstract

Dissertation thesis deals with the development and validation of new HPLC/UV and HPLC/MS methods suitable for determination of substance of a new accelerant of transdermal penetration, Transkarbam 12 and HPLC/MS/MS methods for determination of antiretrovirotic efavirenz in biological material.
