Four 3-pyridinylbenzoxazine derivatives were prepared. The structure of new compounds were verified by NMR and IR spectra.
Antimycobacterial activities were evaluated against M. tuberculosis, M. avium and two strains of M. kansasii. The antimycobacterial activity was less as in similar 3-phenyl-2-yl-2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-diones.
